What labs and rooms are available?

Our Minneapolis facility has a central observation room, two usability rooms, a conference room, and a call room. We also have access to facilities in Chicago, Boston, Houston, Atlanta, Providence, and New Brunswick.

Do you handle participant recruitment?

Yes, our team handles participant recruitment.

What is the cost for recruitment and room rental?

The cost for recruitment is highly dependent on the participants needing to be sourced and their FMV (fair market value) honorariums. We will follow the guidelines you provide us with. Room rental rates start at $1,500 per day.

Is parking available for our team and participants?

Yes, we have parking available for your team and participants with immediate access to our facilities.

What support do you provide during studies?

We provide reception and facilities support during studies. Our team will check-in participants, provide them with coffee or water, and let your team know that they have arrived and completed all paperwork.

Do you provide human factors consulting services?

No, we are not a human factors consulting firm. We focus exclusively on study recruitment and facilities support.
